Encomienda House

The Encomiendas were a group of properties, not always territorial or grouped together, but which generally constituted territorial demarcations. The interior of the house is characterised by a colonnaded patio with an upper section of balconies. In its patio we can observe two volumes with wooden balustrades with typical reminiscences of a Corral de Comedias. A curbstone and the basin that was used for the mules to drink are still preserved here. It is notable for its original Santiago de Compostela tower.
