Holy week “Semana Santa”

Declared of Regional Tourist Interest. The people of the town are committed to collaborating with the brotherhoods, most of the inhabitants form part of some of the three brotherhoods of the Passion: the Brotherhood of Soledad y Veracruz, the Brotherhood of Jesús de Nazareno y Santo Cristo en la Agonía, the Brotherhood of Jesús en el Descendimiento and María Santísima de la Esperanza. Although all the religious processions are to be recommended, the most emotional is the “Procesión de los Encuentros”, which takes place on Good Friday at 7 a.m.
