Fair and Festivals

The 8th of September is a local holiday, celebrating the Nativity of our Patron Saint, the Virgen de la Sierra, on which day a solemn service is held with the Venerable Image adorned along the usual itinerary, accompanied by the 18 banners representing the towns that make up the territory of the old Order of St. John of Jerusalem and the Main Banner of our town.

During these days Villarrubia celebrates its fiestas, with a week full of cultural events, competitions and performances programmed for the local residents. These are days full of joy and harmony where family and friends meet together.
