Bodegas y Viñedos Castiblanque offers a wide range of wine tourism activities offered directly by the owners, with the visit acquiring a familiar and personalised treatment. Among the different activities offered you can find: Guided tours, Vertical Tastings, Horizontal Tastings, Tasting in Deposit (must at harvest and unfiltered wines throughout the year) and activities for children such as the grape tasting and must making workshop for children. They also offer a wide range of training courses (viticulture, oenology, tasting, sommelier, pairing…) and have spaces available for holding events.

Visit to the Winery + Appetizer

Guided tour of our 19th century winery, where we will explain the entire grape transformation process. After the activity, we will have an appetizer. (Products from our land – Manchego Cheese, Serrano Ham, Olive Oil on Toasts, etc…).

Visit to the winery, to learn about the production process.
Children’s workshop on how to make must, ending with a must tasting and the handing out of an educational guide for children on the world of wine. Tasting of wines from the cellar and aperitif for parents.
Workshop on typical La Mancha cuisine, which will end with food-tasting and a children’s menu for children.

Horizontal tasting of finished wines

The must limited to September.
Tasting unfiltered wines (new harvest) in deposit (white, rosé and red), enjoying the new vintage in exclusivity before its release on the market. The activity is carried out in the different elaboration warehouses.
